Cancellation Policy
Due to the recent increase in the number of late cancellations and no-shows, effective 8/26/23, we will be strictly enforcing our cancelation and no show policy – no exceptions.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service fee. If you plan to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, or you will be charged 50% of your service fee. This fee will need to be paid prior to rescheduling. We completely understand that things come up that are out of your control, however, please know that by booking an appointment with us you are agreeing to our policy. This policy does apply to everyone. Everyone’s time is valuable.
Our scheduling system does send out texts/emails, once you schedule your initial appointment, confirmations two days ahead, and a reminder the day before. If you are not receiving these, please let your service provider know asap so this can be corrected for you. Please also confirm your appointment with that link.
